Dr. Liberty Olive RB Macias, DNP, PMHNP-BC, DABFN is a recognized leader in psychiatric advanced practice, known for combining strong clinical expertise with a grounded, patient-centered approach. She is the founder and CEO of a rapidly expanding - mental health organization serving Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. She has built a high-impact clinical network driven by a simple but powerful operational strategy: train exceptional providers and strategically open practices in communities where mental health access is most limited.
As a board-certified psychiatric professional with a background in forensic nursing, Dr. Macias’ leadership reflects deep understanding of the forces shaping mental health care today. She works extensively in underserved regions, bringing psychiatric care to communities with limited resources and advocating for equitable, culturally responsive treatment.
